Review status: These Terms require final legal review and completion of the operator name, address, governing law, dispute process, age policy, commerce terms, and refund policy before public registration or payment.
These Terms govern access to talamgame.com, the Talam launcher, game client, servers, accounts, private tests, community spaces operated by Talam, and related services. By using a Talam service, you agree to these Terms and the Community Rules.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms. Provide accurate information, protect credentials, do not share or transfer accounts, and notify us promptly of suspected compromise. Talam may require verification before restoring access.
Limited license
Talam grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use authorized builds for their intended testing or gameplay purpose. Talam and its original code, art, names, worlds, characters, systems, audio, documentation, and trademarks remain owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, distribute private builds, bypass security, or operate unauthorized services.
Rules and enforcement
You may not cheat, exploit, automate gameplay without permission, duplicate items, attack infrastructure, evade enforcement, impersonate staff, harass others, expose personal information, or use Talam for unlawful activity. We may warn, mute, remove content, revoke sessions, suspend, ban, reset data, or terminate access. Serious threats, fraud, or security incidents may be referred to appropriate authorities.
Alpha service
Talam is currently a restricted Alpha. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, rebalanced, reset, or discontinued. Characters, progression, items, housing, names, and other data may be changed or wiped. Access is not guaranteed and may be revoked. Do not rely on Alpha data as permanently available.
Virtual items and commerce
Virtual items, currency, entitlements, and activation codes, if introduced, are licensed service features with no cash value unless law requires otherwise. Public subscriptions and purchases are not currently offered. Before commerce opens, price, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and regional terms must be published at the point of purchase.
Feedback and content
You retain rights you hold in feedback or content you submit, but grant Talam a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, and use it to operate, moderate, improve, and promote Talam. Do not submit material you lack permission to use.
Availability and disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness, merchantability, or non-infringement. Talam is not responsible for outages, data loss, incompatible hardware, third-party services, or unauthorized access beyond obligations imposed by law.
Liability and disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
