This agreement supplements the Terms of Service for invited participants in Talam’s restricted Official Alpha.
Eligibility and access
Access is personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable. You must satisfy the age requirements in the Terms and use only the account, installer, endpoints, and credentials approved for you. Do not share installers, account access, server details, certificate pins, private channels, or unreleased files.
Alpha conditions
- The Alpha is unfinished and may contain defects, crashes, performance problems, incomplete content, and security limitations.
- Availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, rollback, resets, and permanent shutdown may occur without notice.
- Characters, progression, items, housing, reputation, settlements, and other data may be modified or wiped.
- Features shown in testing are not promises of final release content, schedule, pricing, or availability.
- Do not use the Alpha to store valuable, confidential, or irreplaceable material.
Testing conduct
Follow the Community Rules, test only within authorized boundaries, report exploits privately, and do not intentionally duplicate items, attack services, harass others, evade enforcement, or conceal severe defects for advantage.
Feedback and captures
You may submit feedback, logs, screenshots, video, and reproduction steps that you have the right to share. You grant Talam permission to use that material to test, operate, improve, document, and promote the project. Unless a separate written confidentiality notice applies, Talam may identify specific unreleased material as confidential and provide additional sharing restrictions before access.
Diagnostics and privacy
Alpha operation may generate authentication, connection, gameplay, crash, security, moderation, update, and diagnostic records as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not include third-party personal data or secrets in reports.
Termination
You may stop participating at any time. Talam may suspend or revoke access to protect players, infrastructure, testing integrity, or the project. Sections concerning ownership, feedback, confidentiality where separately accepted, disclaimers, and liability survive where legally applicable.
